These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PropertyKart Android application (package com.propertykart.app) and related services operated by PropertyKart. By accessing or using PropertyKart, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PropertyKart is a real-estate discovery and listing platform that helps users browse, save, and post residential and commercial property information in India. Features may change, improve, or be added over time.

2. User accounts

• You may sign in with Google or create an account using email and password.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Property listings and user-generated content

If you post listings, descriptions, photos, pricing, location details, or other content, you represent that you have the right to publish that content and that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge.

You grant PropertyKart a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute your listing content within the app and related services for the purpose of operating the platform.

4. Property information responsibility

Listings on PropertyKart may be provided by owners, dealers, builders, or other users. PropertyKart does not independently verify every listing detail, legal title, possession, RERA registration, pricing accuracy, or availability unless explicitly stated. Users should independently verify property information before making decisions.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harass, spam, or abuse other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except as permitted by law
• Use PropertyKart for unlawful purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual property

PropertyKart branding, app design, and platform content (excluding user-generated listings) are owned by PropertyKart or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse PropertyKart branding without permission.

7. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or community standards. You may stop using PropertyKart at any time and may delete your account from Profile → Delete account, or as described at Delete Account.

8. Disclaimers

PropertyKart is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, listing accuracy, property availability, investment outcomes, or legal suitability of any property.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyKart and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on listings, user interactions, or third-party services (including Google Sign-In and Supabase).

10. Third-party services

Authentication and backend services may rely on third parties such as Google and Supabase. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their respective services.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
